BOKA pacifiers and pacifier holders can be ordered online using the Arboreka website. They can also be purchased in stores. To find a point of sale, please see the bottom of this page.
Online Ordering Process
Before ordering with Arboreka, please write down your mailing information in the space provided on our website. You will automatically be redirected to PayPal’s secure website where you will be asked to choose a method of payment and to enter your payment information. Once completed, you will be able to print your invoice. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Security of Transactions
Arboreka’s website will only collect customer’s personal information during the online ordering process. Personal banking information will be collected by PayPal using an SSL secured identification form, used only in order to complete the payment transaction.
Use of Personal Information
With the exception of its infoletter, Arboreka does not solicit its clients using their personal information. The infoletter is sent to users who subscribe to receive it, and it is easy to unsubscribe at any time. When signing up to receive the infoletter, Arboreka requests and saves the user’s first and last name, and email address.
Terms of Payment for Online Orders
To make online payment safe and easy, we use PayPal’s platform. Customers are welcome to use their MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit cards, as well as electronic money from a PayPal account.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only use one shipping address at a time when you order online. If you wish to purchase multiple items being shipped to different locations, you will have to place each order separately by shipping address.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you order online. Shipping to remote regions may result in additional fees. Delivery dates are estimated and will be updated during the ordering process according to your billing and shipping information.
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded). Please allow 2 to 3 extra days for delivery to remote regions or to addresses outside of Quebec.
Orders will be sent via Canada Post according to the Canadian address given by the buyer who placed the order.
Canada Post will notify you when your online order will be shipped, by sending an email to the address you provided when ordering. This will serve as a proof that your order has left our office. You will be provided a tracking number in order for you to be able to follow you package.
This option will be available starting in 2016.
Return and Exchange Policy
Arboreka will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase if products have not been used. An exchange will be accepted if a product is still in its original box. Original stickers and tags also need to be left on the box. The client is responsible for the shipping costs when a product is returned by mail.
