In Case of Defect
In accordance with our manufacturer’s warranty policy, in case of a defect that is not due to normal wear or to the misuse of the product, you can return the articles within 60 days following the purchase date. You will receive a refund or will benefit from an exchange within a maximum of 14 days. Damaged or broken products must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the receipt (indicating the order number) that was transmitted to you. If you receive a refund, your repayment will be made to the credit card that was initially used to purchase the product.
Refunds and returns can be granted in store, online, or by mail. Fees will be covered by Arboreka on presentation of the invoice and of a proof of defect if all the conditions of the maintenance and warranty policy have been met.
Returning or Exchanging New Products
Arboreka will exchange or refund a new unused product within 7 days of purchase. All original wrapping (including stickers and tags) must be intact. The client must assume the delivery charges of the product that is being returned. Arboreka is neither responsible for unclaimed parcels nor for any charges that are related to reshipment or to returns.
